After the design and development dust settles, we figure out how to optimize manufacturing right here at RevGrips HQ in the USA. It's that backwards process that makes our products the best in the industry. Our Stem continues on the same path set forth by our Suspension Grips.
We designed the RevGrips stem to be the best looking, most feature packed in existence. It looks amazing and performs precisely as it should while drastically cleaning up your cockpit with integrated features never seen before in the MTB industry.
Unique Features:
- Mount a Headlight or Camera on the top/center of any RevGrips stem with our optional Accessory Mount (LINK HERE). NOT included with stem purchase, sold separately.
- There's a built-in Trail Bell (LINK HERE) - We machined a pocket in the 50mm stem (Bell does NOT work in the 40mm stem) between the handlebar and steerer tube that can accept an optional trail bell which can be silenced quickly and easily. NOT included with stem purchase, sold separately.

We didn’t want to make a “me too” stem to fall right into the lineup like many others. We added our own “signature” design and built what we think will be the coolest component on your entire ride (except for your RevGrips of course). Take a look and appreciate all of the intricate design features that make this stem stand out and give you that unique touch you’ve been looking for.
What we have here is a prime example of what RevGrips can do with a solid chunk of USA sourced, 7075 Billet Aluminum, minimal constraints, and our in house machine shop. This is the result of over 18 months of R&D, countless late nights, and many, many hours of CAD and CNC work.
You may even notice very intricate "machine lines" on our stem as we aren't trying to hide the fact that they're CNC machined. We've decided NOT to polish them away as we think you'll appreciate the imperfect beauty of CNC Manufacturing just as we do.
Our stem is unlike any other in existence in that we built a trail bell (50mm only) and light/camera mount right into it! Of course, these features are completely optional and once again, our unique, proprietary technology is patent pending.
Why a trail bell? Well, all of us here at RevGrips were already using a bell because most of the trails we ride are also popular hiking trails. The last thing we need is to collide with a hiker and a simple trail bell has proven to be much appreciated. Our bell is tucked away in the unused space between the steerer tube and handlebar with a very convenient and useful silencing switch.
We designed an accessory mount right in the center of the stem to adapt a number of items that utilize the "Go-Pro" style adapter. K-EDGE (and others) make adapters that will bolt directly to our mount in order to secure a Niterider (or similar) Headlight so it's perfectly centered. Every single RevGrips stem is built so this option can be added or removed at any time.
All stem bodies (the part that clamps to your steerer tube) are ONLY available in Titanium Gray. All Faceplates (the part that clamps to your handlebar) are available in Black, Blue, Red, Gold, Orange, Purple and Green.
We've tested our stem well above industry standards on our own in-house machine as well as had them tested for compliance to the ISO standard for bicycle safety at a 3rd party facility.
The Stem does NOT include the Headset Cap, Light Mount or Trail Bell. Those are OPTIONS and are available separately. The Stem ONLY includes the Body, Face Plate, and Mounting Hardware.
