CUSTOMS/DUTIES/SHIPPING
To help avoid delays and customs duties/taxes, check our Dealers/Distributors page and purchase locally. We ship worldwide, every single day, and we have no control over additional taxes on shipments outside the USA.
Shipping within the USA
Unfortunately, we can't control much with regards to shipping other than to send all in-stock orders within 2 business days (keep in mind, we are often closed Fridays, so cutoff time for shipping is 12pm Thursday for the week).
Free USA shipping is USPS First Class Mail on any orders over $60. Customers are responsible for return shipping. When you place your order, there will be an ESTIMATED transit time from UPS, USPS, etc. These are default estimates (we can't change them) and they're usually not very accurate. A more realistic ETA would be to add 2-5 business days to their estimate.
Please keep in mind, shipping issues have NOTHING to do with us here at RevGrips and we have no way to help after the order has shipped. UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. do not care about us either, and we can not contact them on your behalf to track down an order. We simply pack your grips and hand them off to the delivery service of your choosing.
All we can do is package and ship orders according to how they're placed by our customers. We will not issue refunds for delivery service, especially given the above conditions. We'll ensure you get your order, that's for certain, it just may take longer than either of us would like.
With all of that said, consider the following example. An order is placed on Friday and we ship it on Tuesday. You choose USPS Priority mail which has an ETA of 2 days. This gives you an adjusted ETA of 7 business days after you placed the order. Expect delivery to be at least a week after order was placed. It may be much sooner, but we will not answer shipping inquiries until after this time has passed.
Helpful tip: DHL and UPS are significantly better than USPS.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES, TARIFFS, ETC.
RevGrips ships worldwide every single day and we're simply unable to monitor Import Fees, Taxes, Duties, etc. around the world. If you'd like to purchase our products outside the USA, please check our DEALER PAGE (link here) to see if there's already a dealer/distributor in your country.
If you're in Canada or Mexico, RevGrips products are eligible for Preferential Treatment (reduced or eliminated Import Duties) since they're made entirely in the USA. We mark each package with a NAFTA/USMCA sticker and if the Customs Officer does their job, import duties will be reduced or eliminated. If they don't see or acknowledge the statement, you'll have to contact them to resolve the matter as we, unfortunately, have no jurisdiction.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION for Orders shipping OUTSIDE of the USA.
Duties and Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs. If you decide NOT to pay the customs fees associated with your order and the item is sent BACK to RevGrips, you will NOT be refunded the shipping costs. These fees are paid directly to the courier.
Regulations and Restrictions:
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States of America) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
What happens after I place my order?
Firstly, we would like to thank you for spending your hard-earned money with us at RevGrips. We are a small business and really do appreciate the support! We do our best to keep ALL products in stock and send orders out the same or next day. As with any business, after the package leaves our facility, it's out of our control.
Processing time and shipping delays due to current events have been pretty lengthy. We’ve seen packages arrive 5-months after shipping! Under normal circumstances, customs can take as little as a few days, all the way up to several months in some countries. The processing time through customs is VERY unpredictable. I wish we had a way to help with this process but once it leaves our facility, we can’t really do anything.
