Our new QUICK-LOCK Integrated Hand Guards are easily removeable, easily secured, and integrated into a custom RevGrips Lock-On Clamp. They're also made right here at RevGrips HQ in the USA.
If you're looking to protect your hands, but don't necessarily like to use Hand Guards all the time, this is the product for you. Simply install or remove them from your bike without using a single tool. It's very simple, secure, and convenient.
As most of you know, we've been in the Hand Guard game since 2020. We brought an early prototype of a Clamp-Integrated Hand Guard to the Sea Otter Classic in 2022. After a few years (on and off) of tweaking the design, we're ready to show it off.
What's cool about these Hand Guards?
- The Hand Guard Arm snaps on the Grip Clamp for a clean look that tidy's up your cockpit. If you have room for grips, you've got room for these Hand Guards.
- No tools needed to easily remove and swap between bikes. A simple Thumb Screw locks and unlocks the Hand Guard from the Clamp and keeps everything secure while riding. When you want to remove them, simply "Lefty-Loosey" on the Thumb Screw and pull them off.
- RevGrips Hand Guards might just be the only Hand Guards that actually look good on your bike. Most Hand Guards are downright ugly. It's the truth! Sorry, not sorry.
- Left and Right Handguards are identical for easy replacement parts. Simply flip the front wedge to swap between Right and Left Guards.
These Hand Guards require the use of a RevGrips-specific, Lock-On Clamp which is included in the kit. If you have multiple bikes with RevGrips, additional clamps are sold separately.
If you don't use RevGrips, you should, but you can also use this kit and simply install the lock ring NEXT to your Grips. So yes, you can still rock these dope-a_s Hand Guards with basic grips.
The Shield is made of high-strength, transparent gray Polycarbonate. The ARM and Clamp are 6061-T6, Billet Aluminum, anodized Black. Not only do our Hand Guards look pretty cool, they also work great and install in a matter of seconds.
Check out our Instructions (link here) for more information about installation.
Replacement Parts are available as well (link here).
IMPORTANT NOTES FOR HAND GUARD SERVICE/INSTALLATION
Clean Polycarbonate Shield with Soap and Water ONLY.
DO NOT use LOCTITE or any other thread-locker for the Shield Screws. If it contacts the Shield, it can/will cause a chemical reaction and the Polycarbonate will crack.
Quote from Loctite Products:
"Not Recommended For Use....on plastic parts, particularly thermoplastic materials where stress cracking of the plastic could result"
